Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced AI Product Manager to join our AI Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies and product management, with a proven track record of bringing AI products to market. This role involves leading the development and execution of AI products, from concept to launch, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions. This position is part of the Knovon Volunteer community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for AI products.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, including market research, product planning, and roadmap development.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Develop detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Oversee product launches, including go-to-market strategies, communication plans, and training.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in AI.

Recommended Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on AI or technology products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the AI industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analytics and AI tools.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
